Maybe Bryan is released, but he comes back as Danielson?

According to the WWE.com website, they note that "WWE has come to terms on the release of NXT first season rookie Daniel Bryan (Bryan Danielson) as of today June 11, 2010." Notice how they put BOTH 'Daniel Bryan' AND Bryan Danielson? That would appear to mean he's been released for real.

The word within WWE is that the firing of Bryan Danielson is a legit firing. All of the higher ups within WWE were informed of the firing before the item was posted on WWE.com. While the timing of the release is interesting, this appears legit and he's gone.

If this is true, something serious must have happened with Bryan and the higher ups.

I think it's a work. They'll have him come out of the crowd and attack people next.

Yeah, no shit...it seemed as if he was going to get a major push, and then gets released? weird.

If this IS a work then it'll be the first time in history that they've posted a fake release statement on their site. I think this is legit

Higher-ups, including execs Donna Goldsmith and Michelle Wilson, in the company were informed of his departure before the news item was posted on WWE's website tonight.

It's still possible that this is all a part of WWE "going out of the norm" and it's a big storyline but it's hard to believe that they would work the storyline on higher-ups in the company.

I'm calling this a work, a complete work. Why would they release Danielson and keep the other NXT shit like Skip Sheffield, or that twat with utterly ridiculous hair whose name escapes me right now, Jennifer Hudsons bitch and Tarver...all of these guys blow....why release Bryan?

Ahh well I'm interested to see how things turn out with this, If it is genuine then WWE just fucked up big time, but i really doubt that is the case.

So it looks as though to me their taking the Bryan attacking ring announcers and commentators like Cole further....guess we'll find out monday **EDIT**

I think it's a work. I mean, this happened monday, and they are just now letting him go today? And that whole segment screamed of violence. It's the first time that something that destructive has happened at ringside, so not everything is going to go like it should.

Bad move for the WWE if it's real.

Every single site I've been into is reporting that this is legit...too violent for choking that idiot ring announcer and for spitting on Cena (which you just KNOW is a no-no; don't fuck with the golden boy); which they summarily edited out of the replay. If true, they've officially become the most pussy'ish fed in the history of wrestling.

Huh. That's interesting. They did fire Cryme Tyme for 'shooting' on a referee, this seems pretty similar. They told Cryme Tyme they had to release them even though they didn't want to, and that the door was always open. So maybe this could mean he'll be out for 90 days then be back for more. Maybe they could use this to push the angle, saying no one is immune from punishment, someone had to pay for the destruction and Bryan was the example sent to the others?

We'll see. Worst case scenario is he turns up in TNA, which isn't bad at all.

This is very disappointing as Bryan was a great athlete and great to watch, hopefully they do bring him back.

My 2 cents says though why not fire the editor in the back who chose to switch to the camera of Daniel Bryan choking Justin Roberts...he must surely have thought it was more than "PG" but decided to broadcast it for all to view.

Just took that from his Twitter, looks like it aint an angle. Fuck it, I give up with WWE, this PG bullshit has ruined what little bit of originality the WWE had left.

I know its stupid to literally give up watching WWE products because of the release of 1 wrestler but, it just isnt fun to watch anymore, and with the way the product is turning these days I've lost interest. Jericho, Punk and Christian are the only guys that i'll actively watch and follow these days, but right now...fuck it, this isnt entertainment to me anymore, its just a weekly annoyance where I question myself for watching such low grade trash tv.....

The main thing thats really fucked me off about this whole thing is the fact that the 'incident' with danielson choking Roberts occured at around about 11pm in America. What fucking children get to stay up to watch wrestling, or any other tv programme that finishes at 11pm on the first school day of the week? I fucking never, thats for sure.

If WWE really want to aim for their target demographic......especially on their main show, then fucking move the scheduled timeslot, aim for RAW to begin at 7pm or whenever the kids will actually be allowed to watch this watered down shit.

Anyway, as you can tell im pissed, fuck WWE, I know im coming off as a complete Indie geek (im not , honest!) but fuck WWE, fuck it up its silly, dated, bland arse. All im inspired now is to watch more UFC, and start actively posting on the octagon forum section of this place.
