No show has gotten away with more than a personal favorite of mine, South Park. If you want a show that didn't just copy the animated shows that came before it, look no further. The Simpsons and Beavis and Butt-head were the last two true innovators in the animated comedy genre, but South Park went on to the next level, being intentionally extremely offensive.

I admire any show where a main goal attempting to be achieved is to offend and mock as many groups as possible. South Park doesn't care if you're an ethnic group, a religion, a political party, or an interest group, you're getting bashed.

It's an unrelenting passion to offend that has kept the show fresh, and continuously funnier, as the years have gone on. Keep the Indiana Jones rape scenes coming Trey and Matt.
